Via Italia Is Thrilled To Announce New Mural Artist Has Been Chosen And Is Ready To Begin Work!

VIA ITALIA IS THRILLED TO ANNOUNCE NEW MURAL ARTIST HAS BEEN CHOSEN AND IS READY TO BEGIN WORK!

David Derkatz, or “DERKZ” has been chosen as the artist to create the first mural for the Via Italia community and will begin work on the eagerly anticipated piece shortly. DERKZ just finished his most recent mural project dedicated to healthcare workers and their selflessness for which he has received nationwide recognition and accolades. Not content to rest on his laurels, he is now taking on the new opportunity of creating a mural to showcase and celebrate Via Italia, its heritage and culture. Along with partners, Tourism Windsor Essex Pelee Island (TWEPI), all parties are ecstatic to see the vision come to life to help celebrate Via Italia!
